Smoking
is an extremely bad habit that no one should every try in the first place; unfortunately
many people do so any way. It is obvious that smoking is very harmful to the
human body yet smokers ignore the warnings and signs even though they know the consequences,
or do they?

in middle age; these people don’t even have the opportunity to experience

slows your blood flow, which stops oxygen from getting to your limbs, in severe
occasions this can lead to your limbs being amputated!

likely to die from lung cancer than non-smokers.
ü Smoking causes around one in five deaths from heart
disease.
ü In younger people, three out of four deaths from
heart disease are due to smoking
