You will never achieve anything unless you believe you can achieve it. Like I always tell my teammates if I’m helping them get pumped up or if I’m coaching them- “I don’t care if you take the shot or give the hit, just make sure if you take the shot, that it’s a hard shot, if you hit, make sure you hit them hard” Basically, whatever you’re doing or you want to do, give it your 100% otherwise you are already affecting the outcome and it is less likely to be successful.
