Improves begins with I, this quote is saying that if you want to see improvement you must first seek and achieve improvement with yourself, positive of course. Do not expect to change or improve others, you can only Improve yourself, however you can try to improve others but if that doesn’t work don’t worry, because by improving yourself you are already helping improve others.
