When you work as a team you can achieve so many greater teams than if you work alone. One person cannot play all the roles, the work and dedication has to be balanced for a great outcome.

For example in a factory, they are a team of workers, each worker specializes in a skill, maybe a couple, If they work as a team they can be much more effective and much more productive because the people will have their skill mastered and keep production continuous contrary to having one person do all the work where they can feel overwhelmed and maybe not be that great in all areas and struggle.

Point is, if you work well with others, your work will be well done and the outcome will be well worth it.
